Job Description

Temp Staff 1
Assist in drafting, consolidating, and checking Graduation 2026 items (Order of Proceedings, Admin Brief, Seating Plan, Name Display System, etc.).
Support operations during Graduation Ceremonies.
Collate inputs for Graduation meetings.
Check and clean survey data for upload into PowerBI.
Assist GP Team with drafting and checking education verification emails.
Perform other AAA administrative duties as assigned.
Temp Staff 2
Consolidate award winners information from schools.
Prepare award certificates and check medal details.
Consolidate award data for submission to relevant departments.
Prepare graduand listings for Graduation 2026 website.
Perform other AAA administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements (Both Roles)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word mail merge, Excel - sorting, filtering, pivot tables).
Meticulous, detail-oriented, with good written communication skills.
Comfortable handling datasets and Excel spreadsheets.
Duration/Working hours:
Temp Staff 1 (2 Mar - 29 May 2026)
Temp Staff 2 (2 Mar - 15 May 2026)
42 hours per week
