Provide administrative support to the team, including sorting, verifying, and sending letters and academic transcripts to graduands.
Prepare graduation certificates, diploma-plus transcripts, and modular/post-diploma certificates. Assist with certificate issuing and logistics during graduation ceremonies; check issued and spoilt certificates against registers. Maintain accurate records, files, and database entries. Support organisational and community events (e.g., Semestral Examinations, Graduation Ceremony) including setup, reinstatement, and clerical tasks. Assist in stock-taking of records and assets. Requirements Proven administrative experience; experience in an educational setting is an advantage. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Proficient in MS Office. Excellent time management, multitasking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Minimum GCE A Level, Diploma, or equivalent.
