Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support for the academic degree program, including managing schedules, organising events, and coordinating communications.- Assist in maintaining student records and ensuring accurate documentation of academic processes.- Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and industry partners to facilitate smooth operations.- Help with the preparation of course materials and course evaluation processes.- Support the team in managing day-to-day activities, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.- Follow-up on emails and inquiries proactively, ensuring a responsive and supportive environment for all stakeholders.Job Requirements:- Degree or equivalent; relevant coursework or administration is a plus.- Previous experience in an academic or administrative setting preferred but not required.- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor.- Ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain accuracy in tasks.- A willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.- Initiative to take on responsibilities without needing constant supervision.Commitment Period: Immediate to 31 Mar 25
