The Job
You will support the Internal Audit department and will report to Manager, Audit.
Responsibilities
- Assist in data entry works for the Audit system and perform data review for any deficiencies
- Assist in system database setup (e.g UAT) and system database records maintenance
- Generate analytics reports and follow-up with respective team members for required information (such as missing documents or data)
- Assist in any other tasks/projects as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Business/Accountancy/Information Systems or equivalent qualification
- Experience in similar data entry works and/or IT projects will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Meticulous and with good interpersonal skills to work with all levels of staff
- Able to commit on a part-time work arrangement – 2.5 days to 3 days per week for at least 6 months
