\xc2\xb7 Assist to liaise and coordinate between client and Health Clusters (NUHS, NHG and SingHealth) for their request to tap on rewards programme.
\xc2\xb7 Assist to develop and enable the tech solution to award Healthpoints by clusters and agencies.
\xc2\xb7 Assist to support MOH and client initiatives to use Healthpoints to offset health care expenses.
\xc2\xb7 Assist with the onboarding and management of merchants who support HealthierSG
\xc2\xb7 Manage Healthpoints billing process with clusters and agencies.
Requirements:
\xc2\xb7 Possess a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Statistics, System Design, or other related discipline
\xc2\xb7 At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in programme design/development, loyalty operations and execution, project management, and customer engagement (B2B or B2C)
\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated competency in project management, operations planning, execution, and management of project timelines
\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team across a matrix structure
\xc2\xb7 Possess a strategic, analytical, and organised mind-set, able to produce outcomes and streamline processes.
\xc2\xb7 Possess strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organisation and navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
\xc2\xb7 Possess strong verbal, written and presentation skills coupled with strong influencing skills
\xc2\xb7 Advance knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word is a strong plus.
