Salary: $2.2K (prorated) + Overtime pay of 1.5 times
Duration: Asap Until early sept
Working Hours: 5 days 8.30 - 5.30 / 9 - 6 / 10-7
Location: Buona Vista
Job Scope:
- Answer enquiries and complete transactions via Video Call
- Answer customer enquiries received through the Contact Centre (CPP Call Center)
- Respond to written enquiries and requests, including emails or live chat
- Resolve or manage escalation matters
- Liaise with other units to provide solution to customers
- Participate in or provide support for project and initiatives
- Report daily and monthly management statistics
- Complete ad-hoc assignments as required
Min. A level/ NITEC/ Diploma in any field
