  • Up to S$2,580 per month (Depending on qualifications & experience and subject to client\xe2\x80\x99s approval)
Requirements\xc2\xb7 GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99/\xe2\x80\x99A\xe2\x80\x99/Diploma holder\xc2\xb7 Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service and administrative role\xc2\xb7 Good interpersonal and communication skills\xc2\xb7 PC literate\xc2\xb7 Contact declaring agents (via emails and phone calls) to return supporting documents and signed Letters of Acceptance for composition sum cases in C2IS, and respond to their queries.\xc2\xb7 Handling generic email accounts and generic phone enquiries.\xc2\xb7 Collate simple workload statistics outside of system.\xc2\xb7 Any other administrative matters.
