Anchored in our values of Passion for Sport, Strength through Teamwork and Care for People, we believe in working and playing, not just as a team, but as a family.What you will be working on:Roles & Responsibilities: Reporting to the Deputy Director (ActiveSG Partnership & Management) in ActiveSG, the jobholder will assist the team in research and support work relating to partnership outreach. Assist the team to conduct research for new identified business opportunities for the team to follow up with outreach. Support the team in the administrative work related to the work including coordination of changes to agreements/templates. Support the team in the coordination works of internal stakeholders for partnerships. Assist in the cold calls as initial outreach and to secure for point of contact in which the team can initiate partnerships discussions with. To support in any other duties as may be assigned.What we are looking for:Job Requirements: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle. In addition, you should possess the following: Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent Has experience in customer service, cold calls, research Good Interpersonal skills and familiar with MS Office applications (Excel) A team worker who is independent, self-driven, adaptable, organised and results oriented. He/She must be able to multi-task and carry out his/her responsibilities with minimum supervision and be able to work under pressure.About Sport Singapore:Why We Do What We Do?
