Anchored in our values of Passion for Sport, Strength through Teamwork and Care for People, we believe in working and playing, not just as a team, but as a family.What you will be working on:Role and Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the planning efforts of ActiveSG Basketball Academy (ABA), as well as the operationalisation of ABA programmes, events and activities, key projects including seasonal programme, Development Centre, Regional Training Centre, School Holiday Programme and other outreach activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with the capturing and maintaining of data for ABA, for research, analysis and evaluation work that is pertinent to the development and marketing of ABA programmes \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with internal and external stakeholders with the aim to enhance the current offering of programmes and playing opportunities that ABA provides \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for communications with participants and parents (email, social media) and highlight for actions if required \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other ancillary activities required by the team, where necessaryWhat we are looking for:Job Requirements: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in sports programming & administration, event management is advantageous \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-starter, works independently and willing to learn \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to adapt in dynamic working environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work well with children, youth and individuals with special needs \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate should have a positive mindset when working and interacting with vulnerable children, at-risk youth and individual with special needs \xe2\x80\xa2 May be required to work on weekend and Public Holiday Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
