Anchored in our values of Passion for Sport, Strength through Teamwork and Care for People, we believe in working and playing, not just as a team, but as a family.What you will be working on:Role and Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with team members from the sports centres, head coaches and assistant coaches \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the overall process and documentation of hiring, assessment, deployment and development of coaches. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing the monthly timesheets (verification, payment) for all coaches \xe2\x80\xa2 Forecasting and planning of the facilities bookings \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the transition phase between existing and future programme registration systemWhat we are looking for:Job Requirements: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. \xe2\x80\xa2 Tertiary qualification, preferably in Sport Management \xe2\x80\xa2 2 to 3 years of proven experience and/ track record in relevant areas, e.g. sport development, academy management related work is advantageous \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in project management \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-motivated and able to work independently \xe2\x80\xa2 Good organisational, management and administrative skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient computer skills (standard software applications such as MS Office, email communications and internet research)About Sport Singapore:Why We Do What We Do?
