Anchored in our values of Passion for Sport, Strength through Teamwork and Care for People, we believe in working and playing, not just as a team, but as a family.What you will be working on:Role and Responsibilities: Maintain facilities of assigned Sport Centres in good, safe, and ready conditions for operation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with internal staff and external i.e. contractors to plan work schedules. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in managing the service contractors to carry out works within Sport Centres\' Facilities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all preventive maintenance and ad hoc repairs are carried out promptly and safely. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor the upkeeping of the facility, ensure safety \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage budget forecast, track expenses and process payment for progress claims. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that all documentations are done and properly maintained. Assist to develop cyclical replacement plan for Sport Centres\' Facilities to create a conducive environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including drafting scope of works, specification, management of vendors and contractors and quality assessment. Assist in the enhancement of Sport Centres\' Facilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in managing & coordinating of upgrading projects (planning, execution to final completion). \xe2\x80\xa2 Recommend and implement works and procedures that enhances building operations, customer satisfaction, experiences, and engagement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with various stakeholders on the user\'s requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive innovation and green initiatives, technology adoption; IoT and Data analytics \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist or manage any other duties as assigned.What we are looking for:Job Requirements: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. \xe2\x80\xa2 Recognised tertiary qualifications in Property & Facilities Management \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in FM Maintenance Management and procurement knowledge would be an advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong leadership and communication skills and interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strategic thinking and analytical skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Good working knowledge and understanding of maintenance and contracts \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to multi-task and inspire people at all levels towards a common goal \xe2\x80\xa2 Passion and interest in sport. Only shortlisted applicants will be notified. The level of offer will be commensurate with applicant\'s experience and track records.
