Anchored in our values of Passion for Sport, Strength through Teamwork and Care for People, we believe in working and playing, not just as a team, but as a family.What you will be working on:Role and Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the preparation of tender documents e.g. EPV, AOR, Price Schedule, Schedule of rates, tender evaluation, and award. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in FM maintenance coordination and management of term contractors at sport centres Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) \xe2\x80\xa2 Take on secretariat role for meetings with consultants (if applicable) and engagement with internal/ external stakeholders \xe2\x80\xa2 Review and consolidate FSOR and equipment list \xe2\x80\xa2 Collate IFM requirements from internal stakeholders \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate efforts of internal stakeholders to migrate from existing contract into IFM format \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate market sensing exercise to obtain budgetary estimates from FM service providers \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist to prepare tender documents \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate tenderers\' submissions \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in overseeing the operationalizing aspect of IFM by the FM contractor Sports Centres Facilities Management (FM) Assist FM team to check/ verify POs, fault assessment, inspect rectification works, and carry out improvement projectsWhat we are looking for:Job Requirements: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. \xe2\x80\xa2 Recognised tertiary qualifications in Property & Facilities Management \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in FM Maintenance and Contract Management and procurement knowledge would be an advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong leadership and communication skills and interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strategic thinking and analytical skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Good working knowledge and understanding of maintenance and contracts \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to multi-task and inspire people at all levels towards a common goal \xe2\x80\xa2 Passion and interest in sport. Only shortlisted applicants will be notified. The level of offer will be commensurate with applicant\'s experience and track records.
