Anchored in our values of Passion for Sport, Strength through Teamwork and Care for People, we believe in working and playing, not just as a team, but as a family.What you will be working on:Role and Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 To create experiential sporting experience to Seniors by innovating, promoting and delivering quality programme through the creation of opportunities and networking with key partners to leverage on each other\'s strength and resources, contributing to a healthy and socially connected citizens into their golden age \xe2\x80\xa2 To conceptualise, develop and implement Active X intiatives as follows: \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with external partners such as Eldercare Centres to increase the Reach \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with internal partners to leverage on expertise and resources \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with partners to design and implement the Community Physical Activities Programme \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and manage the implementation of the programmes that are suitable for seniors including inter-generational programmes \xe2\x80\xa2 Collection of data and compilation of analytics \xe2\x80\xa2 Support HQ team in planning and implementation of events/programmes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to connect and collaborate with various organizations such as NSAs, schools and VWOs, to achieve desired business outcomes within the destinated location \xe2\x80\xa2 To organise inter-generation events to attract new volunteersWhat we are looking for:Job Requirements: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, you should possess the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma or Degree holder (degree in Sport Management or Event Management is advantageous) \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in English and possess strong language and communication (written and verbal) skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), with ability to create and edit documents, spreadsheets and presentations \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess excellent attention to detail, good time management skills, adaptable to changing work requirements and willing to take on new challenges \xe2\x80\xa2 Have a proactive mindset and a good team player \xe2\x80\xa2 Maybe required to work on weekend and Public Holiday \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in sport programming related work will be key assets for this temporary position \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
