Position : Temp Executive \xe2\x80\x93 Communications & Engagement Division (CED), Corporate Services Div \xe2\x80\x93 2 pax

Hourly Pay Rate

Degree - $17.00;

Diploma - $10.50 (< 3yrs exp) /$13 (> 3 yrs exp)

Working Days (5-day work week)

Monday to Thursday (8.30am to 6pm)

Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

(A) Managing enquiries mailboxes for 7 Professional Boards (PBs):

• Triage mailboxes
• Respond to enquiries from registered professionals and Members of Public.

(B) Support CED to execute Pledge Ceremonies for 4 PBs:

• Send email invitations to registered professionals e.g. doctors, TCM practitioners, pharmacists, dental practitioners, as well as VIP guests and collate RSVP.
• Respond to email enquiries relating to Pledge ceremonies
• Carry out administrative and logistics preparation for the events
• Assist officers to source for vendors
• On-site administrative and logistics support on event day
• Prepare individual Pledge Certificates for registered professionals who attended the Pledge Ceremony
• Update pledge attendance in each registered professional\xe2\x80\x99s record in the system after event

(C) Support CED on the preparation of 7 PBs\xe2\x80\x99 revamped websites:

• Assist officers to collate updated information for 7PBs\xe2\x80\x99 websites
• Proof-read/check through each PB\xe2\x80\x99s website content/webpage during UAT/post launch of revamped website for accuracy

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in mass communication or business management
• Experience in handling public enquiries, events, communications projects and administrative work
• Proficient in IT and MS Office applications e.g. Excel, Word
• Able to commit for 3 months in the first instance, subject to further renewal if required
