URGENTLocation : JemPosition : Temp Executive - (JOD/Operations Management Department (OMD)Contract period : Immediate (11months)Working hours : Mon \xe2\x80\x93 FriQualification : O/A level, ITE/Higher Nitec \xe2\x80\x93 salary ranges from $10 - $14.20 per hour depending on qualification and relevant working experience.Duties
- Ensure that ground inspections and surveys at food establishments under SFA\xe2\x80\x99s purview, including at retail food establishments, food factories and other SFA managed facilities, are conducted by the stipulated timeline and collate the findings in a data file for tracking purposes.
- Assist in administrative duties, including but not limited to, data analysis, contacting licensees and printing materials for industry engagements, printing and mailing of directions, and maintaining listing of establishments of accredited establishments.
- Experience handling large data sets
- Proficient in Microsoft Suites software, especially Microsoft Excel
- Meticulous and analytical; Strong attention to details
- Able to handle and meet tight deadlines
- Experience working with the public and other government agencies is an added advantage
