• Working Location: Singapore
• Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8.30am - 6.00pm, Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Salary: Up to $2500 (commensurate on education & experience)
• Duration: 12 Months

Key Responsibilities

• Perform procurement tasks such as publication of tenders and quotations, issuance of purchase orders and letter of acceptance, and effecting contract variations in GeBIZ
• Ensure that all activities relating to routine in-scope sub-processes are carried out as required so that cases are processed accurately in compliance with the operating procedures and within the stipulated time frame as stated in the service level agreement
• Provide prompt procurement advice to government agencies and suppliers in accordance with government policies and procedures
• Provide timely response in servicing government agencies
• Carry out constant work reviews and improvements to achieve better efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

• Attention to detail, ability to understand processes and resolve issues
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)

in English with a customer service orientation

• Preferably with prior experience in using GeBIZ system or similar procurement system
