Location : Irrawaddy RoadPosition : Temp Executive (Research & Project Co-ordination)Contract period : Immediate (12months)Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Thu); 8.30am to 5.30pm (Fri)Min Degree level, with max S$4,700 depending on experience and qualification with Excel competency.Job scope :1. Plan, coordinate and engage various stakeholders to enable smooth running of the cardiac registry, including data collection, data management and data security.2. Seek and understand latest evidence on cardiac disease epidemiology, investigation and treatment and apply findings to cardiac screening process.3. Work to ensure alignment of medical screening process to organisational best interest of optimizing manpower deploy ability while reducing cardiac risk.4. Ensure project governance according to project agreements with external stakeholders which include monitoring data transfers, enforcing data ownership, and overseeing service delivery standards of stakeholders in accordance with the project agreement.5. Liaise with external stakeholders and report any project errors or disagreements to the principal investigators.6. Identify areas for improvement including innovation for greater workflow efficiencies and data security.7. Review database periodically to ensure clean data, check for completeness, errors and maintain backup versions.8. Analyse data periodically for epidemiological trends using statistical methods and flag any patterns or concerns to the principal investigators.9. Assist in audits related to cardiac registry data governance.10.
