What you will be working on:

Roles and Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the UTR! division to coordinate various initiatives for smooth execution of the respective workstreams. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the tracking of progress for the various initiatives and lead the periodic progress update \xe2\x80\xa2 Track and report the budget utilization of the project \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead the documentation of the critical materials for the project \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist the secretariat to support the UTR! Exco, which includes the managing of Exco meetings, materials, minutes of meeting etc

What we are looking for:

Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Degree in any discipline \xe2\x80\xa2 2 to 3 years\' experience in a management trainee role will be advantageous \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong command in English, both spoken and written \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to adapt in a dynamic working environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong team player, within team and across organisation Only shortlisted applicants will be notified. The level of offer will commensurate with applicants\' experience and track records. Successful candidate will be offered a 12-month contract in the first instance.
