What you will be working on:

Role and Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with UTR! Team Lead on Human Resource Management matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and candidate selection. \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage employee induction programs, assist in contract renewal and performance management exercise. \xe2\x80\xa2 Co-ordinate training needs \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide support and address employee relations issues and, or other employee concerns. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support HR Manager with various HR projects and initiatives \xe2\x80\xa2 Support admin related matters for UTR! team

What we are looking for:

Job Requirements: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. \xe2\x80\xa2Education qualifications in Business Management or Human Resource Management will be advantageous. \xe2\x80\xa2Preferably with 2 to 3 years experience as a HR generalist or HR business partnering \xe2\x80\xa2Strong command in English, both spoken and written \xe2\x80\xa2Self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision \xe2\x80\xa2Able to adapt in a dynamic working environment \xe2\x80\xa2Strong team player, within team and across organisation Only shortlisted applicants will be notified. The level of offer will commensurate with applicants\' experience and track records. Successful candidate will be offered a 12-month contract in the first instance.
