What you will be working on:

Roles & Responsibilities: . Supporting planning and operationalisation of the Para Sport Academy programmes, events and activities . Developing and implementing capability development efforts for the Para Sport Academy, including coach development, programme design and engagement of people with disabilities . Assisting with the capturing and maintaining of data for Para Sport Academy, for research, analysis and evaluation work that is pertinent to the development and marketing of programmes . Development of social media plan for Para Sport Academy\'s social engagement efforts . Co-creation of development plan for Wheelchair Rugby Development Team . Development of recruitment plan for participants from Institutes of Higher Learning . Any other ancillary activities required by the team, where necessary

ob Requirements: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle. In addition, you should possess the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Min. 1 year of relevant working experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong communication skills - articulate speaker and proficient writer \xe2\x80\xa2 Good planning and administrative skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Understands the important role of sport in helping the para-communities \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Team player, within team and across organisation \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsive to dynamic changes and takes initiative Only shortlisted applicants will be notified. The level of offer will be commensurate with applicant\'s experience and track records. Successful candidate will be offered a 12-months contract.
