URGENTLocation : High StreetPosition : Temp Executives (Financial Reporting)Contract period : July 24 - 6 months contract, with option to extend for another 6 monthsWorking hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 6.00pmFriday: 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30pm(Flex hours can be arranged with reporting officer)Min : Diploma / Tertiary with a hourly rate : $15-16/hr depending on qualifications and relevant working experience.You will be involved in financial reporting, financial reporting systems projects, and other related accounting reports.You will be responsible for the following:

• Provide user support for central financial system, including leading system enhancements.

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations with the use of automation tools and programming skills such as RPA and Python.

• Manage helpdesk tickets lodged by users of the financial reporting system to ensure the tickets are acknowledged and responded to on a timely basis.

• Be involved in other assigned organisational-wide projects.

RequirementsFunctional/Technical Competencies

• Tertiary Education in Accountancy or related discipline.

• Understanding of financial and accounting skills would be an advantage.

• Good numeracy and writing skills with high proficiency in using Microsoft Excel.

• Knowledge of automation skillsets like RPA and coding skills would be an advantage.

• Comfortable with making presentations to management.

• Meticulous, self-motivated and willingness to participate actively in various projects.

• Able to work independently and multi-task with minimal supervision.
