Successful candidate will be offered a 12-months contract.What you will be working on:Responsibilities: Reporting to the Team Lead, the Temp staff\'s main responsibility is to work closely with the Team Lead and various stakeholders, to implementation, monitor & evaluate SportSG Frailty Prevention Programme - Adaptive Sports and other initiatives such as Gym-in-a-Bag and Morning Exercises, to help seniors stay active, socialise in the community, and have fun whilst improving overall health and well-being. This is in line with SportCares/SportSG vision and mission to change lives through sport. You will also fulfil the following responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the overall design, implementation, monitoring & evaluation of adaptive sports programme and other initiatives to impact the lives of isolated seniors. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure programme quality meets goals and outcomes set and increased participation in existing sport programmes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and report indicators and measures to provide evidence on the effectiveness of programmes / initiatives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish and maintain strong relationship with new/existing stakeholders in the relevant sectors to increase the depth and breadth of outreach. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with internal stakeholders (eg. Finance & Procurement) and external stakeholders (eg. Supplier & Vendor) on procurement matters required for Adaptive Sports programme.What we are looking for:Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Min. 2 year of experience in organising and implementing programmes and outreach (not necessary sports related) to vulnerable children & youth, families, and Persons with Disability (PwD) and/or Seniors \xe2\x80\xa2 Understands the important role of sport in helping vulnerable and at-risk communities, and persons with disabilities and special needs \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in programme design, monitoring & evaluation is advantageous \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience working in the social service sector is advantageous \xe2\x80\xa2 An understanding of Singapore\'s sporting ecosystem and social service landscape \xe2\x80\xa2 Team player, within team and across organisation \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong communication skills - articulate speaker and proficient writer \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsive to dynamic changes and takes initiativeAbout Sport Singapore:Why We Do What We Do?
