Description:\xe2\x80\x8b * Faculty Talent Business Partnering\xe2\x80\x8bSupport Manager in Business Partnering including: * Coordinate faculty talent acquisition, recruitment and contractual agreements for B2B engagement and international candidates
- Provide timely advice based on Faculty Talent Operational guidelines to stakeholders
- Arrange interviews, documents verification and hosting of in-campus/virtual interviews to ensure best candidate experience and timely appointment.
- Support in the investigation and review of evidence on performance matters for conflict resolution, generation of reports for long service and quarterly Academic Board meetings.
- Responsible for drafting and dissemination of messages for lecturers (general announcements and new processes) across multiple channels (emails, community sites, campus posters etc)
- Administrative Support
- Provide various forms of administrative Talent Operations support to company associates, such as managing over the counter queries, item collection and attend to welfare matters (e.g: carpark, lounge, PPE collection).
- Liaise with vendors on certificate printing, gifts sourcing, lecturer staff card.
- Any other Talent Faculty Operations support as required
- 6 Months contract
- Clementi
- Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Up to $12/hr
- Minimum Diploma Holder with relevant experience
- Candidates without experience but with related study may apply
