Job Description
:
1a. Perform daily prepayment checks on payment vouchers (for refund of car park coupons) prepared by Groups/Zones and sent to Finance Group in shared outlook mailbox.
Liaise with Groups/Zones for queries.
- Vouch payment details to supporting documents
- Check arithmetic/financial accuracy
- Check authorised endorsement submitted by Groups on payment voucher
c. Release PV record in financial system to process payment after counter-checking.
d. Send processed payment voucher for electronic filing.
2. Process daily prepayment checks on other payment/journal vouchers if average volume under (1) decreases below a certain threshold.
3. Assist packing of documents for offsite storage/disposal to facilitate housekeeping e.g. for office reconfiguration.
Working Hours and Location
Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6.00pm
Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Location: Toa Payoh
Contract Duration
3+3 months
Remuneration
$12 per hour
