Description
- Coordinate the pre-interview activities including posting job advertisements in erecruitment portal, interview scheduling and coordination, interview document preparation, conduct reference check and qualification verifications.
- Prepare appointment letters; arrange medical checkups and name tags and coordinate
- matters relating to the candidates\' job commencement.
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Verify and collate all relevant documents and certificates of candidates before job
- commencement of candidates,
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure e-pfiles are properly documented according to audit requirements
- Diploma or equivalent in Human Resource related field / Business Administration
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP HR systems
- Meticulous, organized and service-orientated
- Good knowledge of employment law and regulations and HR practices of Singapore
