Job Description


:

  • Liaises with client departments and other client Divisions (Constituency Offices, HQ Divisions, etc) to facilitate and implement staff courses.
  • Liaises with vendors to schedule training dates, coordinate venue for training, and ensure all administrative and logistics support are provided to create a conducive environment for learning
  • Provides secretariat or manpower support for day to day admin, operations, meetings and other client programmes
Work Schedule:Location: Buona VistaSalary: $13-14/HDuration: 3 Months (extendable)Mon to Thurs 8.5hrsFri 8hrsContract Duration: 25 Mar \xe2\x80\x93 24 Jul 2024Job Requirement:
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain a meticulous approach to their work
  • Familiarity with using Microsoft Office
  • Minimum A Levels or Diploma in any disciplin
  • A proactive attitude towards acquiring new skills and knowledge
