The Opportunity
- Opportunity to represent in a renowned investment firm
- Working days: Monday - Friday
- Working hours: 8am-1pm OR 1pm-6pm
- Location: Buona Vista
- Salary: Up to $18/h
- Min 2 years of administration experience / Office Receptionist Experience
- Min Diploma in any field
- Candidates who are on immediate basis is an advantage
- Attending to all incoming visitors and internal staff requests.
- Verifying visitor\'s credentials upon entering.
- Registration for staff and resident
- Attending to the external service providers services such as - parcel/mail delivery etc
- Keeping Inventory list up to date
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
