Responsibilities
1) Check and reply to queries in OSFDR and DFL Fund mailboxes
2) Check applicants\' eligibility and application documents
3) Conduct initial assessment of new applications and make recommendation for acceptance or rejection
4) Liaise with internal teams to seek support for new applications
5) Arrange meetings with applicants to review and refine project proposals
6) Assist in processing applications i.e generating assessment forms, Form of Agreement and Letter of Offer
7) Process rejected applications and inform applicants
8) Arrange documents for endorsement of projects by Steering committee
9) Arrange physical/hybrid meetings with Steering committee members
10) Support publicity of the Funds to potential fund applicants
11) Assist in publicising awarded projects on website and social media
12) Track and update projects\' information and store all important documents in shared drive
13) Organise all the emails in mailboxes and information in shared drive for easy retrieval
14) Conduct desktop research (e.g. cost norms, salary guide)
Requirements
1) Possesses good organisational skills and high attention to detail
2) Writes well and has good verbal communication skills
3) Dynamic and results-oriented team player with strong initiative
4) Is a fast learner and efficient in delivering tasks
5) Is proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Outlook
6) Fresh degree graduates with no experience are welcomed to apply

Contract Duration
4 months; high likelihood to extend to 11 months
