Description
Scope:
- The primary responsibility is to scan, organise and file digitized documents into the folders.
- Prepare documents for large scale scanning by removing binders, files, paperclips, sticky notes and straighten bends or creases in the documents
- Perform high volume document scanning
- Process and organise scanned documents into databases
- Pack, sort documents and shred confidential documents
- Ordering of Office stationeries / toner cartridges / office equipments, check stock & refill accordingly.
- Any related duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
- Minimum A levels
- Commit 6 months
- Commit office hours 8.30am to 6.00pm
