Job Description

Our client is a 3rd party full-service supplier of logistics and engineering solutions. JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

  • Providing HR administrative support in employee life cycle processes (recruitment, onboarding, development, retention and exit)
  • Input, update and maintain HR database to ensure accuracy of information
  • Attending to HR-related inquiries from internal and external personnel
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by senior HR
REQUIREMENTS
  • Min 1 year of HR admin experience
  • Able to commit for 6 months of contract (the role is convertible to permanent position)
  • Familiar with employment acts
  • Able to take stress and comfortable to work under fast-paced environment
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • Working Location: Jurong Island (2-ways transportation will be provided at designated locations)
  • Working hour: 8am to 5.45pm (Mondays to Fridays)
