Ensure timely, data accuracy and integrity in team member records in HR database throughout Employee Life Cycle events. Data entry may include but is not limited to, team member status changes, transfer, terminations, new hires, reorganizations, and use of correction mode as needed.
Ensure data submitted for processing is in alignment with company policies and practices prior to processing. Perform regular audits and reconciliation to ensure consistency and relevance of the HR data maintained.
Manage and work with other HR stakeholders on Data Management initiatives
Service Delivery and Advisory:
Manage the end-to-end pre-joining, onboarding formalities and exit process to ensure smooth integration for new joiners and leavers
Preparation of letters for appointment of new hires, team member movements, post-employment career changes
Work closely with the resourcing team on new hires paperwork
Administer WICA matters including submission to MOM and insurer
Monitor probation confirmation, anniversary increment and retirement contracts
Propose ways of efficient reporting and analytics for HR Service Delivery to drive exceptional team member experience with operational excellence
Others
Together with the manager, review work processes and system with a view on enhancements and process improvement where possible
Be active in participating in HR projects and key business initiatives as required
Ensure confidentiality of employee data is maintained & service level/turnaround time are conformed to at all times
Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Knowledge in Frontier e-HR System and SAP Success Factors is an added advantage.
Diploma in Business/HR or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in for a fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of HR practices and local employment law
Preferably from industry with large workforce and comfortable to partner and collaborate with the relevant HR functions to achieve business goals
Possess strong people skills and positive attitude
Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
