Selecting suitable candidates based on their past working experience, skills and capabilities from our database and also through other possible channels
Conducting first round of interviews screening with potential candidates to assess their suitability before recommending them to clients
Arranging of interviews between clients and candidates and preparing candidates for the interview
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Screening resumes
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Administering appropriate company assessments
Performing reference and background checks
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers/ candidates
Following up on the interview process status
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
Requirements
Min Diploma/ Degree in any discipline
Training is provided, no experience is required
