Salary: $12/hr
Duration: 3 months contract
Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours
Location: Outram
:
- Co-ordinate training courses for all staff including registration of courses, update staff on training details, processing of invoices, updating of training records
- Support the administration of recognition schemes such as Long Service Award and Recognition Awards Scheme
- Support recruitment administrative matters such as arrangement of interviews, preparation of LOA, updating of organization chart, issuance of uniform
- Support the appraisal exercise such as compilation of reports
- Any other duties as assigned
