Job Description
Job Title: Temp Junior Officer, Finance, Accounts Receivable
Job Location: Biopolis
Job Type: Contract - 12 Months
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Creation/Modification of SAP Customer Master Records
- Issuance of Invoice and Credit Notes
- Ensure complete documentation for billing
- Follow up with internal/external stakeholders on any billing discrepancies and enquiries
- Preparation of management reports for respective stakeholders
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivables with different Research Entities and customers
- Clearing of AR Generic mailbox
- Any Ad-Hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma with at least 1 to 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a shared services environment
- SAP knowledge preferable
- Proficient in Microsoft office knowledge
- Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
- Organized and Meticulous
- Able to multi-task and deliver results under tight timelines.
