What you will be working on:
Responsibilities: o Support the strategic planning and design efforts to promote, increase and sustain sport participation among youths in IHLs o Build/ strengthen collaborative relationships with IHLs and other partners in youth sport ecosystem (e.g. CoachSG, NSAs, commercial sport vendors) o Support programme operation and administration for Learn to Play (LTP) programmes across various IHLs o Support programme scheduling, coach deployment, attendance and payment processes o Complete timely evaluation reports, with actionable insights and recommendations to improve programme effectiveness o Support the planning and execution of YPD's annual Youth Sport Festival (Youth@Play) o Liaise with vendors, service providers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution o Able to do and analyse comprehensive and insightful post-event review/report including participation metrics, feedback, lessons learnt and areas for improvement

Requirements: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: o Programme management and delivery (preferably in sport, youth development, education, or wellness sectors). o Stakeholder engagement and partnership management. o Event planning and coordination. o Familiarity with youth engagement strategies and community-based sport programmes o Collaborative, team player, and willing to work closely with colleagues and stakeholders. o Comfortable with basic data entry, analysis, and reporting using Microsoft Excel, survey tools, or data dashboards. o Strong interpersonal skills to develop and sustain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. o Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal coordination and external engagements.
