Job Description
URGENTLocation : Jem (Jurong East)Position : Temp Manager (CDD/Procurement)Contract period : Immediate (6months)Working hours : Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri : 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 6pmJob scope:
- Work closely with user divisions and application vendors to resolve interface issues, to ensure accurate and prompt updating of invoice and payment data between Workday and Application systems (Licence One - licences, iFAST- permits)
- Raise change request (CR) and service request (SR) for Workday and application systems (Licence One, iFAST)
- Prepare quarterly GST returns and submit GST returns in IRAS myTaxPortal
- Implementation of GST Rate Change to 9% effective 1 January 2024
- Provide guidance and handle queries from officers on Workday Revenue related matters
- Oversee the processing of GIRO application forms and issues related to GIRO processing advice sent to customers.
- Oversee CRMS cases, answering to customers\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries regarding GIRO application status, GIRO deductions and payment status.
- Approval of Revenue related matters in Workday
- Any other duties and ad-hoc projects as may be required
