Job Description


  • 6 Months Contract (Renewable Subject to Business Need)
  • Pro-rated Completion Bonus
  • CBD Near to MRT Station
  • MNC Chemical Manufacturing Company
  • Working Hours Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.15pm
  • Experience in receptionist duties with HR administration works will be an added advantage
Responsibilities:
  • Attending to company visitors and guests
  • Supporting current HR & Admin department
  • Managing day-to-day HR-related administrative works such as data entry, scanning of documents
  • Office-based receptionist duties required
Requirements:
  • GCE "O" Level or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experiences in receptionist and administration support
  • Familiar with MS Words, and Excel
  • Presentable and communicate well
