What the role is:We are looking for a talented individuals to join us as a recruiter. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent to meet EnterpriseSG\'s staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and be able to effectively manage the recruitment process from start to finish.What you will be working on:- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. - Source and attract candidates through various channels. - Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role. - Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers. - May be called upon to support adhoc projects/workstreams along the way.What we are looking for:- Work experience as a recruiter or similar role is an advantage. - Familiar with employment laws and regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
