Job Description
Job Scope / Requirement: * Staffs main job scope is to assist in asset verification and tagging for HDB assets. The verification works include validation of data (gas riser and multi steps) for more than 10,000 residential blocks between the vendors records and our Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). If there are discrepancies found, staff is required to do simple data patch via excel format.
- At the same time, staff is also required to man the email Helpdesk Support i.e. take down and channel the enquires from all our staff to our appointed external vendors for them to address. Occasionally, staff also needs to process and clear some receipts from our ShopperLink App.
- Staff will also need to check the numbers of multi steps for each flat across all residential blocks, convert the info from PDF format into excel and do data entry in the EAM at unit and block level.
- When required, staff will also be given ad-hoc assignments.
- Staff should be able to commit the full 12 months required
