Ensure smooth running and coordination of client programmes/events/trainings (digital/onsite), including liaising with internal colleagues, partners, vendors and volunteers etc.
Plan and conduct surveys for programmes and collate and evaluate collated feedback
Assist the team in preparing marketing and publicity materials for programmes when required.
Participate in conceptualisation of programmes for beneficiaries
Assisting the team with management, liaison work and training of volunteer volunteering for HeritageCares programmes
Other inter/cross-departmental projects as assigned
Assist the team with the daily operations and running of programmes

Background in Arts, Arts Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications, Social Sciences or Health/well-being promotion
At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in organising programmes for seniors and children, and/or volunteer management
Experience working with community groups, volunteers and/or social service sector will be advantageous
Dynamic, highly driven individual with strong communication, problem-solving, administration and project management skills
Resourceful, adaptable and meticulous with attention to details
Good with excel and statistics tracking and analysis
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work independently when required and is a good team player
Able to work on weekday evenings and weekends if required
