Responsibilities:

• Assist members in reservations and enquiries for facilities, activities and events bookings via emails, calls or face to face over the counter
• Ensure all venues for programmes are booked in advance.
• Handling and recording of payments received from members and guests.
• Handle sales of retail products at Recreation Office.
• Liaise and correspond with various departments and service providers on the preparation of programmes & activities to ensure operations run smoothly during activities and events.
• Ensure respective sports areas and facilities adhere to safety regulations and meeting the operating standards
• Ensure all members comply to the Club’s Bye Laws and rules and regulations
• Any other tasks that may be assigned by the Sports and Recreation Manager.

Requirements:

• Energetic, outgoing and friendly personality
• Good interpersonal skills and customer-service oriented
• Proficient in Computer Applications
• Will be required to work on weekends and PH
