TEMP SENIOR OFFICER, CET

Contract Duration

\xc2\xb7 3 Months (Subject to Extension Up to 1 Year)

Working Hours

\xc2\xb7 5 Days (Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6.00pm)

Offered Salary

• Up to S$3,800 per month (Depending on qualifications and experience and subject to Client\xe2\x80\x99s approval)

Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Possess 2 \xe2\x80\x93 3 years relevant job experience

\xc2\xb7 Well organised and meticulous with the ability to multi-task

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in MS Office applications

\xc2\xb7 A team player with initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision

\xc2\xb7 Good communication and interpersonal skills



\xc2\xb7 To identify industry trends relating to training of the workforce and on other matters related to training programmes and schemes from employers;

\xc2\xb7 To survey and study potential CET courses that are in-demand, and explore development of new courses to meet adult learner\xe2\x80\x99s and industry needs;

\xc2\xb7 To plan and implement marketing strategies to promote, and enhance awareness of CET courses to adult learners and companies;

\xc2\xb7 To establish quality training needs/system/programmes

\xc2\xb7 To provide support in managing CET training schemes including Workplace Training Centres;

\xc2\xb7 To be responsible to drive the enrolment, and management of CET training programmes;

\xc2\xb7 To compile information and conduct analysis for management reporting so as to ensure qualify information is available for management decision making;

\xc2\xb7 To review CET product lines and delivery methods to stay relevant to customer needs such as online and blended learning approaches;

\xc2\xb7 To conceptualise and write reports for new initiatives and CET projects.
