URGENTLocation : Kallang RoadContract period : 1 Oct 24 \xe2\x80\x93 30 Jun 25 (9months)Working hours:Monday to Friday - 8.00am to 5.30pmLunch hour \xe2\x80\x93 1 hr lunchPosition : Temp Staff (9pax)Job ResponsibilitiesTo assist with the ongoing digitalisation efforts to transform the agency\xe2\x80\x99s operations and processes by digitizing documents, records, and data.
- Perform scanning and digitizing of physical documents, files, and records into electronic formats.
- Organise and categorise digital files in a systemic manner for easy reference and retrieval.
- Assist in data entry tasks to ensure accurate input of information into digital systems.
- Perform quality checks to verify the accuracy and integrity of digitised files.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and prioritise documents for digital conversion.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues related to digitisation equipment and software.
- Maintain confidentiality and security sensitive information during the digitisation process.
- Maintain and organise storage area to facilitate efficient digitalisation workflows.
- Perform any other general administrative and logistical support as assigned.
- Min 5 \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 level passes/Nitec
- A detail-oriented person.
- Possess a positive and willing to learn attitude.
- Basic knowledge of operating standard office equipment.
- Able to work both independently as well as a team player.
