Job Description


:

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for existing and new training programmes, seminars, conferences, study visits and ad hoc events.
  • Monitor course take-ups, revenue and expenses of programmes as well as responsible for keeping accurate and proper records.
  • Provide timely publicity of course information, issuing of course placement letters, billing of participants and payment to trainers and vendors.
  • Provide support and assistance to associate trainers and resource persons for the smooth delivery of programmes.
  • Work with other support units like Finance, AV, Admin and Estate and Customer Service to create a conducive learning environment for the participants.
Requirements:
  • Able to commit to the full contract. Fresh Graduates are welcomed.
  • Relevant working experience in administrative role, project coordination and data management will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Organized and meticulous.
  • Proactive team player, and able to independently work under pressure and short deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Good problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint would be a plus as well.
Working Days: Mon to Fri Working Hours: TBC Contract Period: 8 months Location: Near Buona Vista MRT Salary: $11/hr
