You will resolve problems, tackle enquiries, and provide first-level advice through our inbound corporate hotline, ranging from technical support, internet banking troubleshooting and other digital initiatives.

Qualifications:
Minimum A Level or Diploma / equivalent or experience in a Contact Centre, Banking or Customer Service environment
