Assist in drafting, writing and publishing editorial pieces, stories and social content
Support content curation and creation, including photography, videography
Update editorial and event calendars
Assist in conceptualising and developing staff engagement ideas
Assist in operations and liaison work for SUSS campaigns (may span internal, brand, recruitment, PR and digital scope)
Research and share digital marketing trends for insights into new platforms, tools and content strategies to drive audience engagement and conversion
Support campaign analytics reporting to internal stakeholders
Support launch of new initiatives and coordinate engagement with stakeholders (eg. training, workshops, etc)
Support organisation of events (such as ministerial visits and Convocation) and other ad-hoc, general administrative and communications work as assigned
Requirements:
Good writing, copyediting and communications skills - able to craft, edit and proofread content well
Able to liaise independently with internal and external stakeholders (such as students, faculty, staff, agencies)
A meticulous, proactive, fast and keen learner with strong follow-through skills and pays attention to detail
Knowledge in social media platforms and analytics/design tools (such as Google Analytics, Harepoint, Canva and Photoshop) would be advantageous
\'A\' levels/Polytechnic Diploma and above - and keen to explore Communications, Marketing, Business, and/or New Media would be ideal
Able to work minimum 3 days a week, from 8.30am to 5.30pm
