1. checks to ensure accuracy of financial information; and
2. provides administrative and secretariat support.
Specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
\xc2\xb7 extract and check financial information contained within financial statements;
\xc2\xb7 compile, analyse and present findings of data;
\xc2\xb7 work with the system vendor to resolve software issues;
\xc2\xb7 provide administrative and logistical support for meetings and events;
\xc2\xb7 involve in managing website, archiving documents and other similar tasks;
\xc2\xb7 assist in responding to public queries;
\xc2\xb7 provide support for overall administrative matters of the department such as finance, procurement etc.; and
\xc2\xb7 undertake other tasks as required.
Job Requirements
\xc2\xb7 Accounting background is preferred, must be familiar with financial statements.
\xc2\xb7 Experience in administrative support or a secretarial role is added advantage.
\xc2\xb7 Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel.
\xc2\xb7 Meticulous and organised.
\xc2\xb7 Able to work independently and within stipulated timelines.
\xc2\xb7 Able to take charge of and be responsible for assigned tasks.
\xc2\xb7 Proactive and able to work with different stakeholders.
\xc2\xb7 Good interpersonal skills and is a team player.
