Perform pre-processing checks on transaction requests such as Time Deposits, Loans and Remittances from corporate clients.
Follow up with customers for any document discrepancies or clarifications.
Liaise with internal business partners to ensure applications are processed timely.

Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma or equivalent with experience working in a banking or financial or customer service environment, but candidates without prior experience are also welcome to apply
Possess a strong service-oriented mindset and the ownership to deliver excellent and customer service consistently.
