Job Description
Job Scope:
Your primary role is to perform operation audits to track the performance of the contractors. This includes:
- Planning the schedule and route of the audit areas for each month
- Checking and inspecting work performance of contractors' daily job performance including area cleanliness, possible pest breeding, condition of green landscaping and infrastructure defects (e.g. uneven footpath, faded road signs)
- Submitting the identified audit findings into MSO's IT system (i.e., laptop and tablet).
- Other assigned duties by supervisor

Comfortable to walk and stand for long hours outdoor due to job scope
Ability to cycle and have your own foldable bicycle would be advantageous
Comfortable in using tablet (e.g., iPad) to input findings
Salary: up to $16/hour with Weekly Transport Allowance of $18.90
Working Arrangement:
Weekdays
3 days a week: 9am to 3pm
2 days a week: 2pm to 8pm
Location: Mostly in Tampines, Pasir Ris, and Punggol
