Responsibilities * Providing good customer service to all customers for our air import/export business. * Detaching, sorting, distribution and photocopying of documents according to the various Responsibilities Providing good customer service to all customers for our air import/export business. Detaching, sorting, distribution and photocopying of documents according to the various requirements Checking of shipment arrivals and departures through airline websites Filing and packing of documents into cartons for storage Updating of details and charges for billing arrangements Email correspondence and liaising with internal departments on administration matters Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the immediate superior Requirements Min GCE N' Level Well organized, systematic, and meticulous Ability to work effectively and communicate with all levels of staff Relevant admin experience and able to commence work immediately would be an added advantage Office location at Changi Airfreight Centre (near Changi beach) Accessible by Bus nos. 9 (from Bedok), 19 (from Tampines), 89 (from Hougang).
